Springtime Solace| Yoga Day Retreat

Springtime Solace - Join me for an immersive day of yoga and invite your mind, body and soul to step away from the demands of life. We will explore some of the beautiful practices of yoga that help us to move inward, ground and centre. From this place, we'll take our inspiration from nature and begin to plant the seeds needed to move forward, flourish and bring growth.

The day will include some meditation and pranayama (breath work), an embodied flow practice, some journaling and contemplation, connection with like-minded women, time in nature, with an opportunity to switch off completely, lay down and settle fully into a soothing afternoon rest practice to nourish those seeds of intention.
​
Mats and props will be supplied but please bring with you your own mat for additional comfort during rest, if required, and a pillow and two blankets. Please wear layers of comfy clothing suitable for both a moving practice, a restorative practice and some time outside.
​
Our sanctuary for this immersive yoga day will be the beautiful, light space of the Thomas Cranmer Centre in Aslockton, in the Vale of Belvoir, Nottinghamshire, NG13 9AL.

Exchange: £75
(to include a vegetarian lunch and refreshments - please be sure to advise of any dietary requirments/allergies)

ONLINE | REST IS MEDICINE

In a culture that constantly asks me to move with speed, to continuously push for more, and to stay with the never-ending demands of the roles of life, rest is medicine. Life and its messiness, takes its toll on the mind and the body - physically, emotionally and energetically - and instead of striving for more, there is a calling for less. For a softening, for a feeling of being held, for stillness, for rest. A re-learning of our rhythm and a calling to revel in the rebellion of rest. Rest is medicine - a nourishing and nurturing of the very depths of your soul that take a hit when life delivers an upheaval to your nervous system.

This session is an invitation to lean into trusting rest as a source of power to soothe and restore the very heart and soul of you, so that the inner light begins to glimmer more brightly alonsgide a sense of returning home and a knowing that there is something greater. When we rest, we rise.

Trauma Informed Yoga for Anxiety
Online 121 programme of 4 classes
Join me online as I guide you through 4 weeks of trauma informed yoga and yoga therapy for anxiety where we'll explore various yoga and somatic practices to support you with managing anxiety.
​
All practices are invitational in line with a trauma-informed approach. This programme aims to provide you with a number of resources you can use on and off the yoga mat to support you in bringing balance back to your nervous system.
Practice from home (via Zoom), come just as you are, and be safely held.
​
If your preference is to attend in person please contact me to discuss the fee.
​
Additional recorded resources will also be provided to support you between our weekly sessions together.
